4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided in written proposals or contracts. Fees may vary depending on scope, urgency, aircraft type, regulatory requirements, and operational complexity.

Payment terms are typically net 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur administrative charges or suspension of services.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and operational nature of aviation services, fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. Refunds, if applicable, are assessed case-by-case and may exclude third-party costs, regulatory charges, and administrative expenses already incurred.

6. Limitations of Liability

NEXAVION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use, flight delays, third-party operator actions, regulatory decisions, weather disruptions, or force majeure events. Liability, if established, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if Terms are violated, payments remain outstanding, or conduct compromises operational integrity. Users may terminate service agreements in writing, subject to outstanding obligations and non-refundable commitments.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
