First-time subscription purchases made directly on nexavion.live are eligible within the defined refund window.
One-time service packages qualify if deliverables have not been fully completed or transferred.
Refund eligibility applies to the first transaction per client account. Renewals and repeat purchases are excluded.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of sale.
Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not qualify. The purchase timestamp recorded in our system serves as the official reference.
Email our support team with your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
NEXAVION will review the request within 5 business days and may request additional clarification or documentation.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Valid proof of purchase, compliance with usage terms, and submission within the refund window are mandatory.
Completed custom work, fully delivered digital assets, renewal payments, and third-party fees are not refundable.
NEXAVION reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, policy violations, or repeated refund requests.
